1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jl12," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jl12 online casino platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the jl12 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player on the jl12 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jl12 website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slots, bingo, live dealer tables, and other gaming products offered on jl12.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by jl12.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing jl12's operations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jl12, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the jl12 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl12. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and play on jl12, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or jl12.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or court order.
• You must register using accurate personal information. False or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension.

jl12 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Your jl12 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl12 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

jl12 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify jl12 support immediately via live chat or email.

jl12 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures, unless such access results from a breach of jl12's own security systems.

6 Deposits

jl12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as published on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. jl12 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your jl12 account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact jl12 support with your transaction reference number.

jl12 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl12. Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary based on your account status and payment method.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 1-3 business days.

jl12 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected. Failure to provide requested documents may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jl12 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal).

jl12 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus.

9 Game Rules

All Games on jl12 are governed by their respective rules, which are accessible from the game information page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules shall prevail for that particular game.

jl12 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. RNGs are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. jl12 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore any incorrectly deducted funds.

Live dealer games are subject to the decisions of the dealer and the game supervisor. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session. jl12 will review game footage and issue a final decision within 7 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

jl12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months.

These tools can be accessed from your account settings or by contacting jl12 support. Once a limit or exclusion is set, it cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

11 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl12 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the jl12 Platform.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location (unless explicitly permitted by jl12).

jl12 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

12 Termination

jl12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe that continued operation of your account poses a risk to jl12, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl12 support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl12 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of jl12 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the jl12 Platform without prior written permission from jl12.

The jl12 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl12's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your jl12 account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

jl12 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment processor errors, or acts of God.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jl12 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through jl12's internal complaints procedure. Complaints should be submitted to jl12 support via email or live chat. jl12 will investigate and respond to complaints within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution service in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
